Q: What browsers work with which videos?
A: Unless otherwise stated, live shows and videos work with most browsers. Some of the older browsers may not be able to keep up, thus limiting your surfing experience.To get the most out of your membership, and your overall Internet experience, it is recommended that you download and install the latest version of Netscape or Internet Explorer.You can download the either of these by clicking on their icons below.

Q: I can't view any of the live/video feeds. What do I do?
A: All live shows and video feeds require you to have Netscape 3.0 or Internet Explorer 3.0 or greater. Once you have the appropriate Browser version make sure you have all of the following plug ins.

AOL Help

Q: Having problems viewing pictures with my AOL browser?
A: Try the following:
From the AOL web browser program, Click on "Members"
Select the "Preferences" menu in the AOL browser
Click on "Uncompressed Graphics"
Click on the "Advanced" section
Click on "Purge Cache"
That's it. Everything should work fine. Don't forget to Download the latest version of AOL.

General Help

Q: It seems Like the Page isn't loading Correctly, Why is this?
A: Sometimes your browser will get clogged up with garbage. Follow these steps to Clean up your computer.

EXPLORER 5.0+Users:
-Go to View menu
-Select Internet Options
-Click the General tab
-Go to Temp. Internet Files - Delete all files - Click OK
-Go to History - Clear History - Click Yes
-To close window Click OK

NETSCAPE 4.0+Users:
-Go to Edit menu
-Select Preferences
-Click the (-) minus sign next to Advanced
-Select Cache
-Clear Memory Cache - Click OK
-Clear Disk Cache - Click OK

AOL 4.0+USERS:
-Click Prefs
-Click the General tab
-Go to Temp. Internet Files - Delete all files - Click OK
-Go to History - Clear History - Click Yes
-To close window Click OK

Quality & Connection Help

Q: The audio does not play smoothly for me, what can I do?
A: Users with less than a 56K connection do not have enough bandwidth to receive both audio and video. The software gives preference to video, therefore, you should mute your computers volume or try the solution below.

Q: How can I improve overall quality?
A: The number one thing is to get a faster modem. Other than that, pressing the pause button increases the buffer size. The longer you pause the video, the better it will look & sound once it begins playing.

Q: Why doesn't the video look as good as TV?
A: Huge amounts of bandwidth are required to transmit TV quality video over the Internet. As prevailing modem speeds increase, Internet video will increasing look better. We all just have to be patient.

Q: Why do I have to scroll right and left?
A: Chances are your screen resolution is at 640x480. Please try changing your screen resolution to 1024x768 Or if Possible Even higher.The Higher your resolution The better you can view the site.

Q: How do I download pictures?
A: Position your mouse over the photo, click on it with the right mouse button, then click Save Picture/Image as.

Q: Why do pictures take so long to load?
A: This site, like many others, was designed for 28.8 modems. If your modem is slower than this you may want to consider purchasing a new one. If you have a 28.8, make sure your modem is configured correctly in your connection to the Internet.

Q: Enabling Java and JavaScript You Must Have Java Enabled to See All the Features of the Site

If you are using Netscape 4.0 or greater:
1. Click Edit top left of your screen
2. then click Preferences
3. then click Advanced
4. ensure there is a check mark in both "Enable Java
and "Enable JavaScript"
5. then click OK

If you are using earlier releases of Netscape:
1. Click Edit top left of your screen
2. then click Options
3. then click Network Preferences
4. then click Languages
5. ensure there is a check mark in both "Enable Java"
and "Enable JavaScript"
6. then click OK

If you are using MicroSoft Internet Explorer 3.xx:
1. Click View top left of your screen
2. then click Options
3. then click Security
4. ensure a checkmark appears in "Enable Java Programs"
5. the click OK

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.xx+:
1. Click View top left of your screen
2. then click Internet Options
3. then click the Security tab.
4. under Internet Zone select Medium(more secure)
5. the click Apply then OK
